Using this site

PapaCalcs is free to use. You may use our calculators and read our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may link to any page here without asking.

Estimates, not advice

Do not make a significant financial or medical decision on the basis of a figure from this site alone. Where a decision matters, speak to someone qualified who knows your situation.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep figures accurate and sourced, and we state the data year for every dataset we use. Even so, data ages, sources are discontinued, and mistakes happen. We make no warranty that everything here is current or error-free. If you spot something wrong, please tell us.

Your content

We do not collect what you type into a calculator, so you are not submitting content to us by using one. If you email us, you are giving us permission to read and reply to that email.

Our content

The text, design, and calculator implementations on this site belong to us. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. Please do not republish whole pages or reproduce our calculators as your own.

Paid products

Our paid systems are not yet released. When they are, they will be sold and delivered through Gumroad, and Gumroad's terms and refund handling will apply to the transaction alongside any terms stated on the product page.

Third-party links

We link to external sources so you can check our numbers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on the estimates it produces.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
