Run the family.

Family Command Center

Turn everyday family chaos into a system that actually works.

Built for parents of children roughly 3 to 12

In development

This page describes what the system is designed to cover. The content has not been written yet, and it is not available for purchase.

The problem

Routines, chores, schedules, and responsibilities are hard to keep consistent. Most weeks start with a plan and end improvised.

Why the usual approach does not stick

  • Disconnected printables. A chore chart and a routine card that know nothing about each other, so neither becomes a system.
  • Generic advice. Written for no particular age, so it fits no particular child.
  • Too much at once. A hundred pages you are supposed to adopt on Monday, abandoned by Thursday.
  • No review step. Nothing that tells you whether it is working, so drift goes unnoticed until it has collapsed.

What this is instead

One repeatable system for the everyday running of your household, so you stop re-deciding the same things every morning.

  1. Set up. Pick the parts that match your family right now, and ignore the rest.
  2. Customise. Adjust to your children’s ages and your actual week.
  3. Use. Run it for a fortnight before changing anything.
  4. Review. A built-in check so you find out what is drifting while it is still fixable.

Who it’s not for

  • Parents who already have a system that works and sticks
  • Anyone looking for parenting advice rather than an operating system

Common questions

What format is it?

Digital files you download after purchase. The exact formats are confirmed on this page once the product is released.

Do I need to print it?

No. The system is designed to work either printed or kept on a screen, and you can use only the parts you need.

Will it work if my children are different ages?

Yes. The responsibility framework is organized by age, so siblings at different stages use the same system at their own level.

Can I buy this today?

No. This one has not been written yet. Use the form below and we will email you once, when it is ready.

All three together will be available as the PapaCalcs Parent System. Bundle pricing will be announced at launch. See the bundle
